hmmm, my radio show was a giant success!
Playlist: Guy Clark, Charlie Daniels Band, Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins.
I didn't get that many songs in, however, with all my ranting and ravings. I even managed to preach a little.
I had a really great hike/ski yesterday, here's some pics!

What is that? God's driving range?
Testing testing. Everything is in Spanish. Dont know if this will post or not.
Hey Brost. Berghauer speaking. First of all sorry for that test comment. Second of all, thanks for not enableing anonymous posts... now I actually have a blog, albeit against my will.
Anyhow buddy... sitting here on the beach in the warm and sunny Yucatan seemed like the perfect opportunity to take in the entirety of your blog since I never got the link from you. I must say, I am quite impressed. In particular I liked the `bored redneck` feature and this one really had me cracking up-- "Skirt night at Scott Base. The cross-dressing is starting to lose its novelty." Priceless.
Wish I could get your radio show in the states; I bet I´d enjoy it. I just ended my 6 month tenure at MedStat Systems Inc in madtown working as a medical courier, and it was quite the run. You´ll be happy to hear I´ve honed my talk radio call-in skills with Jeff Wagner´s Department of Justice on NewsRadio 620 WTMJ (always to offer the opposing viewpoint from the People´s Republic of Madison, as they refer to it), and more recently on At Issue with Ben Mehrins on NPR. But alas, those days are done with and I will be moving out to Seattle in the next few weeks. Don´t really have much on my plate out there other than driving down to LA to see the Price is Right before Bob Barker retires in June (thats right, he´s finally retiring.. did you hear?).
Antarctica seems like its a great experience, and I´m jealous of you. Your pockets will be stuffed by the time you leave, amen to that. Keep bloggin and scrubbin and I´ll catch up with you when you get back. Email me if you get the chance-- invaderska@gmail.com
some brewers news before I go: perhaps the worst offseason for the crew yet. Melvin fucked up and somehow managed to sign both craig counsell AND tony graffinino (he didn´t think graffinino would accept arbitration but he did) while opening the door for Cirillo to go to the Twins!!! Cirillo should not have left, Counsell sould not have come, and Graffinino should not have stayed.
On top of that, we have been unable to get rid of either Jenkins or Mench. Our outfield looks as follows: Hart in left, Hall in center, and Jenkins+Mench platooning in Right. Infield is Koskie, Hardey, Weeks, Fielder. And perhaps the best news yet? We got Johnny Estrada for Doug Davis and some others. Finally we have a huge bat behind the plate. Damien Miller will be reduced to backup role. I just realized you´ve probably heard all of this already since you have the internet. Oh well.
peace out good neighbor
